*Triangle CMSA must secure space for attendees well in advance of the conference. After choosing the In-Person option, we are unable to transfer your registration to Virtual.
**The deadline for check payment by mail is October 24, 2025. If you have not submitted check payment by October 24, 2025, and plan to pay by check, please do so on the day of the conference.
Online registration will be turned off at 5pm EST, October 29, 2025. You may register and pay by check on the day of the conference.**

Tips for Conference Attendees
- Please bring your BUSINESS CARDS for exhibitor networking.
- Bring a sweater or light jacket. It is difficult to control the temperature of the rooms with large groups.
- We want this conference to be enjoyable. Please dress comfortably!

Inclement Weather Policy:
VERY IMPORTANT! All Triangle CMSA conference events will go on regardless of the weather conditions. Should an extenuating circumstance arise, please check the website for any updates. We encourage you to exercise caution and make any necessary travel arrangements so you will not have any problems making it to the event. No refunds will be given for the conference due to already incurred expenses. Please keep an eye on the local national and weather forecasts so you are prepared for any inclement weather.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will NOT be processed within 2 weeks of the conference due to costs already incurred.
